My wife and I have a Mac each and until two days ago were both running Mojave. I have upgraded to Catalina. Previously, any iTunes purchase each of us bought appeared on the other's iTunes. But since the upgrade, I am unable to access any that she has purchased. Is there some way I can rectify this - by synchronising accounts maybe?

I'm not trying to be a Nuisance, but if I were you I'd go back to Mojave unless you just have to have Catalina. I was all the way up to Monterey, and I just downgraded my two intel Macs back to Mojave, because of the big troubles with the Mac TV App. iTunes, as bloated as it became, is so much better than the separated Music and TV Apps. I'm gonna look into why your purchases would not be showing up though. I'll let you know

Many thanks. The answer was rather prosaic - I had simply failed to log in to my Apple account.
