iTunes and Computer not recognizing iPhone Help!!

Hello I got my iPhone a week ago and had it on one computer but i went to go sync some more songs onto my iphone and nothing happens on itunes or on my computer doesnt notice its connected niehter does my iphone i need help anyone who has ahd or knows how to fix this pelase help me .

Are you using a mac or a pc?

drag your existing copy of itunes to trash, download a fresh one, and reinstall, it shouldn't affect your library and playlist.

its happend to me a few times already.
