Universal iTunes App Store hacked?

Went to check out some games for my new iPad Mini 4 and seems to have returned some really oddball apps on the Canadian iTunes store.
I've noticed the strange flood of weird apps all with numbers as their names and some even in Chinese or whatever also. I first noticed almost two weeks ago. Not sure what is going on. You can't even search most game categories because all you get are these weird results.
The strange part is, clicking on them shots screen shots of what appears to be the same 'game' and description. Only the games launch icon is different.
I use the term game loosely because it it doesn't even look like a game.

They are flooded in every single game category and some don't have anything to do with the category they're in. The biggest offender of all these useless apps are by someone named Mrs.Wilailux Tarawan. There are apps by others that are nearly just as bad in the sheer amount of them as well. It's every game category and makes it impossible to browse by categories because you only see these games.
I reported it with screenshots to Apple. I hope you do as well with screenshots.
There was no place to upload screenshots, however I did file a report along with the category I saw them in.
