Last night I was able to update to ios 5 with no problems. Once it got done I went to the app store to download my updates and when I put in my password it kept on saying it was invalid. I know it was the right password cause I had used it earlier that day. So it let me go in and reset my password so I did that and then tried to download again from the app store and it said the new password is invalid. Does anyone know of a solution or possible fix to this?

Any help is appreciated

my account still is either not working or locked.
this is driving me insane

same problem as you, after the update all sign ins fail. when i try to unlock it with DOB, sometimes the year field is missing, and then the server tells me my own DOB is wrong

Ya same here on the DOB field. Doesn't show the year and says my month and day is wrong. It send me the e-mail to reset password and lets me reset it but it still wont accept the password in the phone after the changes.

i tried the online support chat, that got nowhere.
i called apple support and am on hold with them, going on about 10 min now
i sent an email through their support website, got a response back asking for specific details of my account, i sent that about 5 min ago as well and am waiting.

the email said once i send them the info they will unlock it...

Let me know if you figure it out or if they tell you what to do and I'll do the same if I find out too
