Reachsky, I'm having the exact same problem. My iTunes and iPhone are both authorized to the same iTunes account, and syncing appears to work, apart from transferring purchases made on the iPhone back to iTunes on my Mac. I can't figure it out! Does anyone have any ideas other than what the Apple support site tells you to do (authorize computer, File>Transfer Purchases from [iPhone name], and right/ctrl-click>Transfer Purchases)? None of those things have fixed it...
