Okay just as I tought...the iTunes Artwork Screensaver does not work on laptops that all the music is in the cloud, it has to be local.
Thankfully my screen saver still works. I seem to remember a step where it was downloading album artwork, so it did its job. And also, All of my music is in the cloud as well and in my computer. I'm not going to delete them, I just wanted to access them through my iDevices.
Yeah all of my music is in the cloud and also local on my MBP hard drive.
And yet the screensaver suddenly stopped working the day after I did the cloud sync and redownloaded all songs that had matches.
Do they still have artwork in iTunes? The reason I ask is out of 25k songs, 10k matched and I lost half of my artwork easy. Sometimes the first track would be missing but the rest of the album had it. I spent several hours on this a few nights ago so I hope your artwork is intact. If you need a great high-res website for artwork I will send it over, just don't have it handy.
* just an FYI and I could be wrong, but I *think* that if track 1 is missing artwork it won't show up in iTunes screensaver, even if the rest of the album has it. Go get a doug script for exporting artwork if this is the case so you can export from a good track > import to a bad track. Makes it easier.
Sure I'd appreciate a link to that site. Although it appears most of the artwork is intact. Its weird sometimes it'll say "your iTunes library has no artwork" on the screensaver and other times it is a blank screen.

Thats where I got most of my album art, a few obscure things they didn't have but its the best website I have found. I usually get the 600x600 scans, those look great on the AppleTV as well as iTunes. Anything above that I think you are just wasting space...but to each their own I am not going to tell you how to manage your artwork.![]()
Thanks thats crazy awesome!
