I'm setting up my new iMac and am having issues getting my itunes authorized for a second account. It says the password is incorrect. I know it's not. I went to recover the password after a few attempts and it didn't recognize my birthday as being correct.
I had this same issue when I first tried to authorize a second account on my windows laptop. The windows laptop had issues with the account that the iMac accepted first off and vice versa. When I called apple and gave them my birthday it worked. Rep said he hadn't seen that issue before.
Anything I can do outside of calling apple? Reset itunes? Delete it and start over? Is this issue familiar to anyone? Thanks.
