Thanks Jony - with 12.5, the color backgrounds that were gleaned from cover art for tv shows, movies, music, etc. are gone and replaced with the usual stark white and gray text.
In previous versions, if you didn't like the color, you could turn it off in a pref pane...not any more...boo.
Suggestions, other than the feedback I just left for Apple?
