Hello all, this is probably a really simple task. I just have never done it. I was wanting to backup iTunes to a external drive and every time i order new music it automatic updates that backup. So just in case my HD fails i still have all my music. And i was wanting to do this to perhaps a few other folders. I think you can do it auto-mater but i have no idea.. Could someone please shed some light on this it would be much appreciated.

thanks.

This would be awesome! An automatic updating, on specific files &/or folders.

Would be very convenient.

You can use a backup program such as SilverKeeper to backup ~/Music (where your music is stored by default, ~/ is your home directory) to an external hard drive.
