Either put all your music on the Windows partition or on an external hard-drive, itunes in mac will still work as it can get data from Windows but not the other way around.

There is an application for windows called MACDRIVE that allows windows to read HFS+ formatted disks. This should allow windows to see your mac partition and thus you should be able to add your songs to your windows iTunes.
