My nephew (from the US) is now living in London.. and it's his birthday.

Can I give him an iTunes gift card? It's our go-to for him but I don't know how the regional stuff works.

Maybe. If they still maintain a US address and credit card (and are still using the US for their iTunes country), a gift card should work.

However, if they've switched to UK address and credit card, a UK gift card will be needed as:

Gift Cards are valid for use only in the country in which they were purchased. Only residents of the U.S may redeem gift cards purchased in the U.S.
