I have the iTunes MiniPlayer set to always stay on top of all apps. Not sure exactly when it changed, but now, when I click to expand the MiniPlayer when iTunes isn't the active app, iTunes expands but *behind* the active app, which makes no sense. (Obviously, if one clicks to expand the MiniPlayer, it's because they want to do something in the main iTunes window.)

I assume this is a bug, but I thought I'd post here to see if this is due to some larger macOS change. Thanks.
