iTunes buggy as heck!

So frustrating, I feel there is no way to contact the Great Conglomerate to report bugs. Volume level settings on some tracks will not stick, and EQ per track will not switch when a new track starts. I know there are not many using these things. Get it together Apple! I know you're not listening!

Any suggestions for for not feeling abandoned?

10.4 and 10.7 still work pretty well, at least through Sierra.
Haven't bothered with HS yet.

I am on Sierra on 2015 iMac. The last couple versions of iTunes exhibit this behavior, as have some versions about a year ago. They fixed it. Broken again. Who can I tell?

I do have an old band mate from the 80's who works at Apple. I wonder if it would be of any use to try and find him.
