iTunes Can't Delete Song

I am unable to delete a song in my iTunes Library. When I choose delete nothing happens. I already restarted iTunes and everything and it still shows up. The song doesn't even exist on my computer, but it still shows up in my library. Any ideas? Thanks.

Have you updated to 12.4.3.1? It fixes sync issues between iOS and iTunes that can cause tracks to disappear or reappear on the other device.
