iTunes' "hold charges" (when they check if your card is active) of 1$ or ₹60 that are usually reversed are not being done so in india apparently. I've getting these charges for almost five years, and have never seen one reversed. Today I called up CitiBank and they confirmed that the charges have been claimed by the merchant and therefore won't be reversed.
