I have applied for iTunes Chat and was wondering if anyone who works there knows what the interface is? (RN, Pig*n or?) And how many chats are expected to be answered at the same time....6?

On 4/18 I sent back the "assessment" and have not heard back yet. I know I should just give it more time.

I'm anxious to have a job off the telephones! With benefits!

I've only seen general at home adviser positions. Not chat specific ones. Could you point me to that job listing?
