Itunes converter for apple tv2

hi guys i just bought a new iMac plus apple tv and i downloaded a converter for my moves so i can stream them to my tv but the quality of the audio and video is very poor.. who knows a good converter?

plus, i also downloaded the app 'remote' on my iPad, and i put home sharing on at my iMac and apple tv but the app still doesn't work? any suggestions?

There's a couple of good ones out there. I personally like and use iFlicks since it's got such great iTunes and metadata support. You can grab a free trial from the developer's website and if you like it, buy it from the Apple Store.
