iTunes cover flow

Is there not a cover flow option within the iPod app? I can't seem to find it, would be cool on the iPad screen?

it would be great on the iPad, youre right

some people say that the size of the screen would show the album artwork blurry, but the iPad already make artwork full size when you play a song

hopefully implemented in a future OS upgrade

I also like Cover Flow, but wasn't it an intelligent solution for lack of screen real estate? I always thought it allowed you to work your way through a list of options since the device was too small to allow you to see many of the options at once. It was a beautifully realised workaround. I don't always want to cycle through my albums to get to the one I want.
