iTunes cracked apps problem

Hi, I just recently jailbroke my iPhone and I'm loving it. I've been messing with my phone and wanted to get rid of extra clutter, so I restored and had to jailbreak again. Now I don't know what to do to get the apps I downloaded from Installous back on my phone. iTunes isn't syncing it and I have really important notes on aNote. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me sync those apps back to my phone.
