OK, if you are like me and your iTunes either keeps crashing, gives errors or won't sync over WiFi - I figured out what my issue was. It's caused by codec packs and QuickTime...

I had k-lite codec pack installed on my Win7 system. and realized that causes conflicts with QuickTime... I discovered this fix on Apple's support site. After uninstalling k-lite and everything Apple, I installed iTunes 10.5 clean & also QuickTime 7.7... remember that QuickTime no longer comes with iTunes but is REQUIRED to actually use iTunes.

After this and a reboot I'm back in business!, also you don't loose anything by doing this, it still keeps all your files, settings and stuff.
