hi guys! lately, i've been having a major problem with my iTunes. it seems like it crashes everytime i touch the "videos" section (either playing video, editing info of video, etc.), eventually freezing the whole osx and forcing me to shut down my computer via holding down the power button (eeek!). do you guys know where the problem might lie? it is freaking me out because i never thought this kind of thing would happen to a mac! :( haha any suggestions/help would be GREATLY appreciated! thanks so much!

Try trashing the preference file. In case you don't know how to do this, it's a file called com.apple.iTunes.plist. It should be in your Library/Preferences folder.
