On my jailbroken iPhone 5, I'm using infinifolders to clean up my pages and cram more app icons into fewer folders. Works very well...but...

There's an issue. When I go into iTunes to arrange the app icons into folders, there are no folders. Instead, the app icons are scattered helter-skelter all over multiple screens.

First screen shot shows nice neat folders arranged by hand on the iPhone into the expanded infinifolders folders.

Second screen shot shows what infinifolders actually does...puts more app icons into a folder.

Third "photo" shows what happens when I go into iTunes to try to arrange the icons into the expanded folders...there are no folders, just app icons all over the place.

Is anyone aware of a way to resolve this iTunes issue? Moving around app icons on the iPhone screen is a real pain in the buttski.

Itunes is not ever going to be compatible with a tweak like Infinifolders. From what I can tell, Infinifolders and FolderEnhancer really just keep a list for them as to what icons you have put into their folders...then they arrange your springboard as such. I don't think they actually change how the folders are working. You'll notice the same thing if you boot your phone into safe mode (hold volume up during a reboot). Your icons will be scattered everywhere. When you reboot out of safe mode, they'll be back where you put them with the tweak.

It's jiggle mode for you!

Thanks for the funniest line I've seen in all the time I've been reading MacRumors...

"It's jiggle mode for you!"

I'm sure you are right in your analysis; I was just hoping for a better outcome! :D
