iTunes duplicates "01" playlists when syncing with iPhone

Hello, world!
I noticed that iTunes "duplicates" my library playlists on my mac and on my iPhone.
I realized there's a condition, iTunes seems to duplicate all playlists are been updated since the last sync ( so the ones with new songs)

How to avoid this? It's so terribly annoying!

Same issue here, i have this issue for over 2 years now when syncing my iphone x to my imac, i got a new 2019 iMac and the issue is still happening so its not the computer. This must be some software issue with iTunes itself that apple simply isn't aware of or something of that nature. im suprised more people don't complain about this issue.
