Trying to do an encrypted back up of iPhone 8s+ to my computer in Tunes to transfer my data to iPhone X. Keeps saying i am using incorrect password, even though I know I am using the correct one. I have tried deleting previous back up to start again, but still asks for back up password.
Is there any way to delete this so I can start again with a fresh back up and new password?
