iPhone iTunes error 3194!

hello guys, i have an iphone 5 jailbroken ios 6.1.2 and i wanted to upgrade it to ios 7.0.6 and jailbreak it but i can't do it! and i always reveive error 3194!!
i fiddled with host file but no luck!
tried Tinyumbrella but the program won't launch at all, i tried all the possible solution on web such as host, java update, disabling firewall and antivirus (don't know about others though) but noo luck!
I am at lost here guys, plz can you help me?

You can't update to 7.0.6 anymore you missed the window of opportunity. Apple no longer signs 7.0.6 so you can't install it.

shiiiiet!! now what? is there any version of IOS 7 i can update to and jailbreak, or should i stick with ios 6.1.2 until ios 8 comes?

Isnt there any way to have ios 7.0.6?

As others have said, you can't update to 7.06 but 3194 is your host file pointing to the wrong place (see saurik's post #12 for details of why), bu I am concerned that you could not get Tinyumbrella to Launch. What version, what OS do you have on your computer and do you get any error when you try and launch it!
