iTunes File Sharing doesn't list any apps

Greetings,

I'm having an issue where in iTunes 12.11 on Windows 10, when I connect my ipad (ipad OS 14.4 now), the file sharing tab does not populate with any apps. Prior to the last iTunes update, I'd get a list of like 6 or 7 apps, and I could drag/drop files to them via iTunes. How do I fix this?

I am unable to use any cloud services to transfer the files as they do not meet the cybersecurity requirements of my employer.

Any assistance is appreciated.
