Thx Click to expand... Did you try a force restart? Press and hold both the Side and Volume Down buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

K Kingcr macrumors member Feb 1, 2018 86 75 UK Feb 9, 2018 #7 Well the latest version is currently 12.7.3. Please check that you actually have 12.1.2. If so, and it won't update by itself, I'd uninstall the version you have and manually download and install the latest.
