My iTunes was giving me a message saying "verifying iPhone" with a loading bar underneath whenever I plug in my phone. It has done this before, but only for a couple seconds maximum. After about an hour of trying everything possible to get rid of the message (powering off phone, quitting iTunes, holding the home and power buttons for reset, restarting computer, etc.), I decided to restore the iPhone (that seems to solve every problem I've had in the past). Now, however, whenever I try to restore it goes to the point of "Preparing iPhone for restore" and freezes. My iPhone works fine when not plugged in, however, it crashes every time I try to open the iPod. If anyone has encountered this problem before or is aware of a way to fix it, help would be greatly appreciated!!
