iTunes in the Cloud

I have a few questions/issues with iTunes in the Cloud.

- Is there an easier way of managing what I've purchased through iTunes without having to download each album/song individually? Ideally, I'd like all my music to come up in Music.

- I have 60 gbs worth of music I am hoping will be added to my iCloud library after matching begins later this month. Will it all show up in Music when that happens?

- I was under the impression I could control my music (delete songs, make playlists) from any device and it would be reflected on all devices.

- Basically, I was hoping for the same streaming functionality as Spotify, but will all of my music. Am I missing something?

Any help to clarify these questions would be greatly appreciated.
