iPod itunes/ipod shuffle, and laziness

so i like to have my ipod and itunes on shuffle by default for running, driving, work, school, where ever. but when i go to a selected album, like sgt pepper or live album or a standup album i like to hear it in its proper track order. what can i do for that? with out having to turn off shuffle everytime i switch.
