iTunes is stuck on top?

I've searched all over the menus, but can't seem to find an option to disable iTunes from floating. It's extremely annoying. I've already unchecked "Keep MiniPlayer on top of all other windows" and "Keep movie window on top of all other windows", but iTunes is still stuck on top!

Huh, that's....... strange. Already quit and reopened iTunes? Restarted the computer?

reopening iTunes didn't work. restarting computer worked.
