I've recently update to both the latest iTunes 9 and the latest iPod Touch update..

Under the iPod syncing i originally had check to sync my entire library. I quickly noticed that indeed everything synced...including things that weren't checked inside of iTunes, such as some audiobooks.

So I choose the option to sync "selected playlists, artists and genres"

however still these audiobooks are syncing even though they aren't checked in iTunes..

essentially i want to be able to sync only specific audiobooks, not all.

so far i've discovered that un-checking an author such as David Allen will prevent all his audiobooks from syncing to the ipod touch, however would like a few of his books to sync, though not all.

any help, please?

on the main page you have to have "sync only checked items" ticked. It's not under music, etc., it's on the main ipod page in iTunes. ;)
