Hi all,

Each time I connect my 16GB iPhone to iTunes, it deletes and then resyncs around 50 of the 1,600 songs I have on there for no apparent reason.

I have tried changing tag information, as well as changing the ID3 version of the affected music. I have also reset (though not formatted) the iPhone, to no avail.

This issue is not really a problem, as the sync takes a minute or less so it doesn't bother me, I just wondered if anyone knew why it was doing this, or if they have experienced this too?

Hey Ducks,

I having exactly the same problem. MY ipod does it with around 200 tracks every time too.

Toph.

Usually this indicates a problem of some kind in your iTunes library, such as inconsistent information within an album (art, number of tracks, etc). You can probably fix it by selecting all of the tracks of one of the albums that's giving you the problem in iTunes, getting info, and resetting all the info that's common to the album.
