Hi everyone,

My iTunes keeps opening up and playing songs without me doing anything. I have googled this issue but every reply is riddled with technical jargon that I don't understand at all. I might as well be looking at Sanskrit.

I've tried "turning off the bluetooth," which some other people recommended, but it didn't seem to work.

Can anyone possibly help explain this to me in plain English and in a way that I might actually be able to understand?

Thanks in advance!

Is it just at random times or does it happen when you're in a specific place like home, work or in the car?

I can't see the reason why you're experiencing this. You could try and make a backup on your computer, then restore and set the iPhone up as new (meaning without the use of any backup). Then try transferring everything from your computer to your iPhone as you would do if it was a brand new iPhone and you didn't have a backup.

If there's no issue before this, then it must be a software bug. You could try and load the recently made backup on the iPhone, but you're risk having the same bug again.

Worth a try?
