iTunes laggy when playing music videos?

How'd I get here? How can I leave?
Is anyone elses iTunes laggy when the play their music videos?
Do I need a faster video card? I've got a nVidia GeForce4MX with 64MB of memory.
I get that damn pinwheel everytime I call up a video and also when I'm resizing the window.
