THis is wonky and frustrating.

-i am trying to delete a large (44gig) itunes library on my pc, and it won't let me finish the delete. it says...

"cannot remove folder Rene Leibowitz - beethoven complete symphonies (disk 5): The directory is not empty."

what can i do to delete this directory?

also.....

-what is the best way to copy a nearly identical itunes library from my ibook to my pc? right now they are networked through ethernet, but i remember the last time i had tried this i couldn't do it all at once, had to do it in chunks. frustrating! any work around?

thanks,
r.

i tried deleting folders in smaller groups and it was working till the end, when i reached this error message: "dr. watson's post mortum debugger has stopped working and will now close" or something like that...

very strange. any idea what this could be?

.... and now, one folder remains called:
"IV. Presto - Allegro ma non troppo - Allegro assai vivace - alla marcia - andante maestoso - allegro energico sempre ben marcato - adagio ma non tano poco adagio - prestissimo"

(kinda long eh? my guess is that it was imported on my mac and it went over the last time i synched libraries between my mac and pc... just a guess. )

what do i do?...

-to erase this strange folder?
-to transfer 44 gigs of music from my mac to my pc?

thanks,
r.
