Itunes Libary Syncronization

Here is my setup: I have a Powerbook, Quicksilver and a Wintel all running Itunes. I want to syncronize my libary between all three. Right now I use "You Syncronize" between the Powerbook and the QUicksilver. This works OK but is slow.

Question 1 - Is there a better Mac sync program for this?
Question 2 - What should I use to sync between the Mac and the Wintel?

IF they are on the same network, just share your library.

If they are not on the same network, save yourself the hassel and get an iPod
