iPod iTunes Libraries and Apple IDs

Quick question here. If I create another iTunes library, totaling two, will I be able to use one Apple ID for each with no problems? Or will iTunes tell me that only after 90 days I can transfer back to the other Apple ID? Thank you in advance and let me know.
