Hi
I woke up this morning and discovered that my iTunes was closed on my PC (I normally leave it up and running over night to download my podcasts to sync with my iPhone in the morning before I go to work). So I reopened it only to be told that iTunes was 'importing iTunes library'. That's weird, I thought.
Then it finished that and warned me that iTunes had found a corruption in the iTunes library and that it had repaired it. However, when I looked at my iTunes, even though my music and movies seemed to be there, and it recognised my iPhone when I plugged it in - all my Apps, Podcasts and photos had vanished from iTunes?!?
So I thought maybe if I sync with my iPhone that iTunes would see some things were missing and import them from my iPhone. It didn't! It seemed to start deleting Apps from my iPhone. So I quickly aborted that, disconnecting my iPhone ... and went to work, thoroughly frustrated.
So, my question is, is there anyway to get at least my Apps back into iTunes? Or do I have to let iTunes do its thing (which, I guess, will be to basically clear down my iPhone) and then re-set everything up, or is there a smarter way to do it?
Hope someone can help.
Thanks in advance.
