iTunes library folders

Hello. I have the current version of iTunes (5.0.1.4) and current iPod software. I have iTunes all organized with Folders and Smart Playlists to meet my paranoia's approval, but when I update iPod, none of the folders went with it! What can I do to fix this!? Thanks! - Steve

That really stinks. I'm gonna go nuts! But then again, I suppose I should be happy. My computer crashed and I didn't have anything backed up except for what was already on my iPod. I contacted Apple and they were really awesome about it and helped me out a ton. Thank God for companies like Apple, because I would be stuck in a Windows world with no light at the end of the tunnel.
