itunes library on NAS, sharing between Catalina and WIN7

Hi folks. I have a question about using/sharing large itunes library stored on Synology NAS.
I'm accessing it know with that new Music app on my ibook with Catalina OS, but I'm need it to access it more often and my main comp is PC with win7 and share itwith another PCs with win10. I need it to back up our family iphones and upload some music and books on them.
I'm thinking about to download itunes for windows so I can let it run and and share it.
Does anybody have experience with set up like this?

Do you have one PC or Mac desktop assigned as host to the library? If so it can be running iTunes with Family Sharing enabled. Both it and the other PCs will also need Apple's Bonjour protocol installed to enable sharing (this is usually installed with iTunes, but it's something to keep in mind).
