iPhone Itunes library to CSV? OFF of phone? Xs

Is there a way to export an iTunes library list in CSV or something similar without jailbreaking?
Im trying to document what is in my phone due to loss of my music library on my computer.

Well I made some mistakes with my backup protocol. All my music is gone and I dont use itunes to buy my music.
I took my computer in for a cracked screen to Apple and without asking me they decided to swap the entire computer out with a refurb. That happened to be a total unnecessary action, which they admitted, and gave me a new model replacement.

Anyways, I now have all my music on my phone and Id like to get a list of it all so that I can download and/or reorganize.
I dont want to take screen shots of it all or write it all down.
