itunes like software that runs from iphone

I was trying to find a software like itunes that can be run on the computer but stored on the phone. Cydia app or anything with this capability. I mainly just want to listen to music or watch movies on other computers without having to sync or copy or install anything to the new computer. If not installed on the iphone can anybody recommend software that would allow me to watch movies/videos and listen to music that is on my iphone through the computer its connected to without having to sync. I have tried a few like CT manager but the movies and videos are to big so it says it can't play them. thanks for the help.

i know u can download an app called dtunes.. thats in cydia.. but as far as streaming files/movies.. im not to sure if theirs an app like that thats available
