iTunes manage pre-orders not working?

When I bring iTunes up I click 'account' then click 'view my account'. Down at the bottom of the page is 'Manage Pre-orders'. I click on that and a new page comes up but it never loads my pre-orders, although it looks like it is trying.

Anyone else see this problem?
