Hi,

I have an iTunes Library of around 4,000 songs. 1,100 are Purchased from iTunes Store, around 3,500 are Matched, and the remaining 300 are Uploaded.

My first issue was getting the 300 Uploaded songs to Match. They are all from Purchases through Google Play Music or CDs I owned and ripped into iTunes - it should be noted that many of these songs are part of Albums that never fully Matched; example being AC/DC - Back in Black where 4 of 10 songs are Matched, the rest are Uploaded

My second issue is Purchased Songs and Apple Music. For most songs, Purchased songs show up in Apple Music - meaning there is no '+' symbol next to the song, only a 'Cloud' icon. However, there are instances where Purchased songs show 'The item you've requested is not currently available in Apple Music in the United States.' Even though I purchased these songs through iTunes in the past. These songs, as a result, will also show as '+' songs in Apple Music

Lastly, most of my Matched songs are not syncing to Apple Music either. There are many instances where the song is Matched, but does not give me the option to "Show in Apple Music". When I manually search for the song in Apple Music, once again all I see is "+" signs

I have tried everything to get all my songs to Match and to have all the Matched songs then sync to Apple Music, so I am not adding duplicate songs from the same album to my library. I backed up the whole library, re uploaded to iTunes. Forced 'Update iCloud Music Library" multiple times.

I have been on phone with senior tech support for weeks, who tell me the engineers are completely baffled by this

I even tried re-burning some old CDs only to find less songs Match than my first attempt

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
