Hi,

I've signed up for match today and it's at it's second step, macthing the songs. But it's stuck on song 109 for like.. 15 minutes now. Can i somehow figure out which song this is so i can delete it?

Don't bother.

There seems to be an issue with Apples servers at the moment (probably due to the new countries coming online). If you are affected then it is stopping matching. I'd report it to Apple. The more the merrier.

You may have got caught out by a problematic track, but I very much suspect not.

Would I be right in assuming that you have purchased 108 songs from iTunes?

I suspect KeithJenner is correct. I've used Match since launch in the UK and it's been generally fine, but yesterday I added a new album and Match has been stuck on the matching phase ever since... about 15 hours!

Good to know. Last night I added a few CD's from collection at 730PM CST. As of 830 this morning. Two of the Albums appear but grade out. Also it said last night it was matching the new songs, but this morning its doing my whole catalog again.

I got the same problem here. From Canada, except mine is stuck at 0.

Hope they figure this one out soon.

Same problem here in Germany since yesterday. It stucks at 0 from 89. Had no problems at all until now.

36 hours for me. I can tell you exactly when it tanked -- approximately 2AM ET on the 17th. I was happily matching a few hours earlier, but around 2AM the process completely slowed to a crawl. I'm guessing Europe was waking up and those 19 countries starting subscribing and matching. :)

It's really bad - the worst outage I've seen so far, and I've been using it since Day One (US customer). I've already called them and also put in Apple feedback. I figure it couldn't hurt plus I just wanted it documented that I'm affecting by this issue, right now.

Fed up. Another poor roll out of the service and no official line or info from apple.

ugh! i didn't even think of the new countries coming on line. I have two songs to upload (one is really a one-track 2.5 hour concert i ripped from a video...) and I've been stuck pretty much all day. boooo!

I was wondering why I couldn't upload my music. I'll wait until this weekend to call Apple and complain. Hopefully I'll get a discount

It seems to be gradually coming back online now, but it's still very slow.

I concur. It's still very slow but improved from yesterday. My guess is that the new Matching going on from other countries is starting to complete. I'd also guess that, by this weekend or early next week, it will probably be "back to normal". I'm using last month as my guide, as we saw similar issues with the last major rollout.

I also called Apple today and they still do not acknowledge this as their problem, which I find very shocking. Not so much here, but on the Apple boards (that Keith and I frequent) there has definitely been a surge of complaints this week. But they don't read those boards and probably don't read this forum either. :(
