iTunes Match - Download Error....?

I'm on the verge of switching to Amazon Cloud Player over this it's so frustrating...

I cannot seem to be able to download songs from my iTunes Match library on my iPhone 5 that have been 'Uploaded' from my Mac.

All 'Matched' songs come down fine but almost EVERY time I see the "Download error, tap to retry" message it's because the song it's trying to download has been 'Uploaded' and not 'Matched'.

Anyone else seeing this or know of the issue/a fix?

It's driving me mad! One album has only 1 song to it's name because it's the only one that got 'Matched'!

I know the feeling. Eventually it will work! I would recommend using Google Music its good!

Is that 'eventually' as in keep trying to download or as in Apple may fix the issue at some point?

I would try Google Music but I'm in the UK and its not available over here yet
