Hello,

I have an iMac and iTunes match. My library is in the cloud. I like to play my music random, but I want iTunes to automatically download a given song while it plays from the cloud. How to do it? where are the settings?

thank you

It seems that when playing music from iTunes, the songs aren't actually being downloaded, nor is there an option to tell it to. If you want local copies, you'll need to manually download them.

(It's easier if you view by album so you can download an entire album in one click.)

Your best bet may be to have a smart playlist that's randomized and just tell it to download the whole playlist, then when all the songs are played have it load them all again.
