I set up iTunes Match on my iMac at home last night and everything went well. I set up my iPhone and it is working fine. When I try to set up iTunes on my Windows 7 work computer, I turn on iTunes Match and it says all of my songs are available in the cloud.

However, they never appear in my library and iTunes freezes up and stops responding. I've tried restarts, shutdowns and reinstalling iTunes, but it still keeps freezing.

Anyone else have this happen. Any suggestions on how to fix? Thanks.

I ended up getting mine to work, but I'm not sure if I did anything differently. I reinstalled iTunes, and deleted the files in "My Music" associated with the iTunes library. It still ended up freezing constantly again, but eventually upon restarting iTunes everything was showing up that was in the cloud.

I've uninstalled and installed it a few times. iTunes works as long as I keep match off. When I turn match on, it starts to communicate with the cloud then freezes after about 5 seconds. I tried deleting my library and going from there, but am still having problems. I'm going to reinstall now and see what happens.

OK, I eventually got it to work. I think it just requires some patience. Windows quickly defaults it to "not responding" when initially matching songs. If you give it some time it will eventually finish its process and respond.

I think you're right and impatience was the problem. Glad we both got it working.
