iTunes Match - Half Albums Matched

Hi all,

Just started using itunes match everything uploaded/matched eventually, however, for some random reason i have quite a lot of albums where like half to 2/3rds of an album have been matched but the rest not matched.... why is this and is there any way I can get them matched as those songs are in the itunes store....

An example is Amy Winehouse's back to black album, all the songs except Back To Black and Tears Dry On Their Own have matched thats 17 out of the 19 songs matched.

Also on my partners iPhone, some of the albums are appearing with different artwork than my itunes library... why is this and is there any way this can be altered.

That's a known issue. I have had some luck with taking a song and making an AAC of it, deleting the original, and then rematching it. Of course it doesn't always work.

As for the art, I've never had that exact issue. I'd personally turn iTunes Match off on your partner's device and close the Music app from the multitasking tray. Then open iTunes and rerun Match to insure Match has all of your updated artwork. Turn Match back on and open the Music app and let it download your updated results. I can't guarantee it'll work, but its worth a shot.
